Possibly. Maybe he called someone an ostrich.

Seems a really awkward time to sack him, why let him sign a couple of players? Surely either him going right at seasons' end or straight after the Thailand incident would've made more sense.

<laugh> I told them he'd be gone soon, it was obvious the owners patience would be wearing thin.

Depends who they appoint. Fat Sam would keep them up. Seems a lot of them want Cambiasso, suspect that would be a poor move.

That should give him plenty of time to organise a charisma transplant.

Guus Hiddink exits as Holland's manager.

    Coincidence? Hmmm...

In other news, Robbie Savage has applied for the job.*

*Might not be true, but I want to see it happen.

    Fingers crossed.

Today is a good day. Hope Nige goes bankrupt and starts living in the bins round the back of Lidl. What an absolute bellend.

A face transplant would have more of a chance of taking....they're more common than you think.

The daft twat's antics last season have cost him.

The timing is strange but it was obvious the relationship between the owners and NP was less than cordial and it was only a matter of time before he got the bullet.I thought his two henchmen might have resigned in a show of solidarity but I suppose they are in with a shout of making the job permanent.

I have no problems with NP as a manager but personality wise he is train wreck waiting to happen..

Suggestions that he is sticking up for his son being the reason, what a load of shyte, his billy big bollox I`m a hard man and can`t be ever questioned attitude to everyone will no doubt have a bearing. I hate the bloke with a passion, utter tosser who clearly grew too big for his outsized boots....
