As I said, putting 3 up only works if you put the right 3 people up, i suppose.

True enough, but least that leaves room for examination and skilled play (however rare that may be in these games ) and for reads to be made. In the games I've played on here the town has most certainly shat the bed a few times and ended up going after itself, but for me it's better to actually try to do something and win or lose the game by wits and not just sitting on our hands and hoping numbers are kind to us. (He says awaiting his fate to be decided by a random number generator haha!)

1. single votes all in leaves it to chance or to someone to change it.

2. pick 3 and be done with it. leave it to chance that the three have one bad in it and then a coin flip

I see your point but on the flip side we could well have no bad guys up there at all atm, very easily infact, by having another, if it's another innocent that's brought in then it would just be the same as a three with no baddies, but a four way could bring in a bad guy or even better see that there's a couple in. Happy to go with what ever is decided, just trying to balance out the options so we've explored our options.

 

And herein lies the problem with switching between tactics, players don't keep up because we manage to create a page of posts a minute

 

Well, the obvious option would be to follow the known innocents lead since they're not trying to influence peoples thinking like the Mafia, SZ or SK would be. unfortunately, that also puts myself (a regular townie) in danger

 

Even though #onevoteeach is the mathematical optimal strategy it's going to be difficult to implement, especially with so many players (BTW anyone feel like making a list of players who haven't posted yet?)

Now Bobby has spoken it's difficult to change things because going against him just raises suspicion

I hope Bobby might have some deeper strategy in mind
