"Manchester United are ready to spend £150m on new players, including Ajax goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen, 26, Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos, 29, Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger, 30, and Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema, 27." (Daily Mirror) Notice the lack of any mention of Kane? Looks like the gutter press has finally got the message that "Kane is going nowhere!" You heard it here, first.
Manchester City will move for Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, 23, if they miss out on Juventus' 22-year-old French midfielder Paul Pogba. (The Sun) Yet more proof that Arsenal has, effectively, become £ity's bitch-academy.
Former Manchester United and England defender Rio Ferdinand has questioned the motives of Manchester United targets Sergio Ramos and Bastian Schweinsteiger. He tweeted: "If reports are correct, then Man Utd signing Ramos & Schweinsteiger are good signings. But are they both using Man Utd to get better deals at their current clubs?" By jove! I think the penny has finally dropped! Not the sharpest tool in the box, Rio, is he!
Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri is soaking up the sun and enjoying the views on holiday in Los Angeles. (BBC Football website) Well, he might as well, as he's surplus to requirements at £ity, now. Take the money, son. **** all of that "playing football" malarky, eh!
Rodgers could always spunk £35m on a **** centre forward like Caroll - oh wait he has already done that. or he could spunk £16m on over rated Italian mentalist centre forward - oh wait he has done that too. this sounds like we need one of your thread/polls - who will Roders spunk the £50m on ? Will it be 5 dross £10m players that no one has heard of or 2 £25m players that turn to **** ? Rodgers has the ****as Touch when it comes to reinvesting transfer funds
Sounds similar to your proclamation that Bale was going nowhere. Personally I think the big clubs will want to see if Kane can sustain his form over more than 3/4 of one season before they consider buying him. But make no mistake, if he has another good season, then like VDV, Bale, Modric etc, Kane will be off too.
You are so desperate. What I actually posted was a newspaper rumour that Utd might bid for Kane this summer. My personal opinion is that the big clubs will wait to see how he does this season before bidding for him.
Read it again HIAG, my opinion is that he will stay this season and if he has another good campaign then the big clubs will come in for him.
Yep. And another one. Loic Remy is in talks with West Ham and there is a good chance he'll sign next week. Jenkinson deal should be done v.soon. Corluka May or may not happen.
