I'm pretty sure it is. I remember seeing a video of a tiger charging at the cameraman from about 30 yards away. When it gets to within 10 yards, it suddenly veers off to one side, presumably so it can come from behind. I imagine the cameraman must've **** himself

While there is no control over who is allowed to procreate these days, we will continue to see standards slipping and the 'dumbing down' process will only gather speed as far as parenting is concerned. We need people to start applying for the RIGHT to have a child. Against their human rights I hear you say? I think you'll find it's working in China,(bad example for a decent society I know), and you could argue that the general public are having their human rights violated by having to tolerate ****-wits like this rioting on the streets.
