I thought that was goin to be a follow on from Strollers thought provoking thread! Anyone know if he's decent? Obviously never set the Championship on fire at Blackpool last season
There's not a lot about him. On the Chelsea website it describes him as "short but sharp with an electric turn of pace and able to get a shot in early." His wiki page says this '' On 22 May 2014, after Feruz turned down multiple call ups at youth level it was reported that Feruz had turned his back on representing Scotland, this is why Feruz is regarded as "that Somalian pirate who betrayed us" in parts of Scotland. Feruz is also referred to as more of a traitor than Aiden McShittyCuntyButABitLessOfATraitorThanThatPirate. SFA representatives refused to rule out him returning to the fold in future.''
Wonderful. Should hit it off with Ravel Morrison. We'll have a team that's one short of the Dirty Dozen
Gotta love Wikipedia....wonder if he knows this is on there! They do hate McGeedy up here, but that is hilarious!!
I thought it rather amusing too. Another funny thing is that the Scots changed their rules regarding non-Scots representing the national side just for him. He then turned his back on them after stating that he wants to play for a side in the African Cup of Nations.
Yeah, read that, and kinda remember it on the local news. They also have Anya from Watford now, another refugee of mixed background.
Yeah well, SWP was 'short but sharp with an electric burst of speed' ....... and look where he finished. I'd rather 'slow, overweight but knows where the target is' anyday of the week, thanks anyway.
Is this serious? When has anybody at the club seen him play? Last season he played once in Crete and for about 20 minutes for Blackpool (over 2 games).
I would prefer it if we didn't loan anyone. Loans are short term solutions, we need to build a team for the next 2-5 years.
