Chester has 1 year left on his contract which will no doubt lower his value considerably. He could go for absolutely nothing next year so I doubt we would get near 10m for him.
It could well cost us far more by allowing to go this summer. We will be going all out for promotion this season.
In our favour lots of clubs are interested in Chester. So his fee would still be decent regardless of time left on contract. I would expect if we get one bid - we'll probably get 2 or 3.
The more the team is changed the less likely it will be in contention. Necessary changes are good, but others will just mean continuing disfunction, just like over the last season.
