Taylor said on twitter that Mackie was taking photos of the stadium and saying how much he missed the place during his shoot, if nothing else it's nice to have a player with a bit of passion for the club!
Because some don't agree with your opinion makes the "infected" does it? How narrow minded of you. Because it's your opinion doesn't mean that you are right and everyone else is wrong!
He did a on a couple of spectacular occasions 4 seasons ago but most of the showboating at LR were his and M'Bia's to the supporters, and he's not achieved much since then.
Yes with his arms to the support mate, a lot. Great occasionally but he'd have done better using the energy he spent on that on controlling the ball.
Sorry Lads CATE get a look at this!!!! PHWEWWWWWWW!!! http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/jamie-mackie-medical-qpr-video-behind-the-scenes-2495853.aspx?
Wouldn't really call that showboating. Trying to get the crowd going while watching a **** team we had no connection with. It was ridiculous how little Redknapp played him and who he played instead. I can't have any criticism of him from his time with us and think he's a great fit for our squad
The youth policy is obviously taking a back seat for this one but its hard to see how anyone can object to this move. At minimum JM is a heart and soul squad player who provides several options up front and who knows the Championship inside out. At his best he is a match winner and an exciting player to watch.
I know. It was his way of showing he cared. He's spoken a fair bit about what the dressing room was like at that time and I think he wanted to show that that wasn't what he was about.
Yes it does when a person was shouted down years ago for saying many QPR fans would lose vision when we got promoted 1st time It's mean I was right and when you share your forum with a few fans who have turned and lost the basics of QPR means then I will continue to state it so a big bollocks to you
Thought we were trying to rebuild with youth, so absolutely no idea why we would give Mackie a 2yr deal, this is a big step back. ------------Macarthy--------- Furlong-Onouha-Donaldson-Robinson(when fit) Phillips---Doughty--Loungo--Hoilett -------------Fer-------- -------------Austin------- Subs Lumley Greco-Cox Manning Sendles-White Gladwin Hill JET Yun Petrasso To purchase- Right Back, Left Back, Left Winger
Narrow minded ... Ponder on the vision that some of us had I am not saying everyone is wrong Focus FFS We had fans on here writing off good ayers on our last journey ... I stand with fans win or lose We have taken 3 steps backwards and need to reform that means to me supporting your club I say get rid of the fickle who blow with the wind Mackie is QPR and needs no slagging on here by the fickle The majority welcome back a hero while the fickle grab straws
Like I said earlier in the thread, I can't get my head round there being any negativity at this signing. Worst way he's a squad player who loves the club, sets a great example and will be on sensible wages. What's not to like?
Not sure how I feel about this. I admire his commitment and work rate, he's definitely the right sort. He's just not very good.
I am delighted Mackie is back. Exactly the sort of player I want to play for QPR. Will give everything, absolutely everything for the cause. People refer to the fact that we have a policy of younger signings. Well we can't play 11 kids. They need guidance from senior pros like the Mackie's, Hill's etc.. To put a team of kids out there in the Championship would be suicide - look what happened to Fulham who did that in the early part of the season, and their academy is meant to be one of the better ones.
