Seems like a crap deal
I've never heard of that transfer account and it has less than 800 followers, it's probably bollocks.
It's a loss financially but maybe city know his knees are gone so £3m is better than paying him to lay on the treatment table
I just assumed they'd be Prem interest given his goalscoring record but maybe wages/age/knee as putting people off
His glass knee could **** any deal up...could be with us next season if they have a half decent medical team.
There has to be a reason we only want £3m considering the huge valuations we're putting on our other players. His knee would be a good guess
His wages are probably another factor, we'll want them off the books and even with the 50% wage cut he'll still be on more than the others. I don't know if Trabzonspor would be willing to pay him £45,000 a week, but they're no mugs and at his age he needs to be thinking about getting a decent long term deal.
An actual rumor of a possible signing!! http://www.rippa.com/category/socce...f-hull-city-and-standard-liege-201506170005/? Socceroos star Tomi Juric is edging closer towards his ultimate goal of playing in Europe, with English side Hull City and Belgian powerhouses Standard Liege reportedly in negotiations with the striker. According to Belgian newspaper La Meuse, Juric is currently in talks with Standard about a potential move ahead of next season. Club Brugge - home to fellow Australians Mat Ryan and Bernie Ibini - were also interested, but have reportedly pulled out at the last minute. La Meuse also claims that relegated English Championship side Hull City are another club keen on securing Juric’s services for next season. Hull’s Croatian forward Nikica Jelavic is still contracted to the club but there are rumours he wants to leave after the side were relegated from the English Premier League. Standard - who finished fourth in the Pro League last season - has strong Australian links, with John Aloisi and Aurelio Vidmar both enjoying spells at the club in the past. Juric was a late substitute for Tim Cahill in Australia’s narrow 2-1 victory over Kyrgyzstan in the nation’s opening World Cup qualifier for Russia 2018 overnight. He parted ways with the Western Sydney Wanderers at the end of the A-League season, having scored 12 goals in 34 games for the club over the last two campaigns.
