    After what was looking a disastrous day, Clondaw Warrior gets all my money back and a small profit. What a result :biggrin:

    Going to chance Nelspruit @ 33/1 in the last here purely on formlines through Buratino. This American horse is interesting also, sluiced up over 4 1/2 furlongs last time up. As usual I'd expect that to break well and make a bold bid.

    Great start to the week for messrs O'Brien and Moore. Balding with another classic quote "Moore will be a short price to take the jockeys title now" ..He was 4/9 before a ball was kicked, what price does she normally constitute as short!

    Good shout lads on Clondaw Warrior. The Walsh family and Mr.Mullins even lording it up at Royal Ascot.

    Great riding by Ryan Moore, treble on first day at Royal Ascot, some going. Well done to Aidan O'Brien too with a double success. Really enjoyed the racing on Channel 4, even though I was wearing just house 'tack'. I just do other things when the fashion queens are in full flow. Thank God that I didn't have to dress up like a dog's dinner...<laugh>

    (150 grand to win 80 grand on Gleneagles. Bloody hell, wonder which bookie took the bet, or was it really true?).

    I got the whole meeting on Channel 4 free via FilmOn. Excellent reception. Cricfree is a good standby to have though. <ok>

    Office money presumably, most of it laid off on the exchanges after ensuring the SP didn't drift..

    Biggest bet I took was a 25k bet on Moscow Flyer the year he fell in the Champion Chase. Lucky for us he did fall, as our bonus would have been wiped out<laugh>

    Was only a nipper when Shergar was running, though I know there was a lot of huge bets on him that day :biggrin:

    Going to go with Graceland in the 7.45 at Beverley. Here's what Bell said after its last race a few weeks back;

    "On Tuesday we started the afternoon off at Nottingham with GRACELAND. She raced towards the rear after missing the break and although she ran on having come off the bridle some way out she was never getting to the winner. She looks as though she wants twelve furlongs and will be winning again once stepped up in trip."

    Out over the 12 furlongs tonight !

    8:30 Brighton - New Rich 7/2. He ran at Lingfield on Saturday, had a bad start and was out the back for most of the race, he was the fastest finishing horse in the last couple of furlongs, but for the slow start would surely have got very close to winning. A better start tonight should see him in with a good chance of winning this race.
