First round draw of the Capital One Cup will be made today at 10am.

We are pretty ****e at this competition having being knocked out by lower league opponents more times than I care to remember. I was at the Crawley debacle last season when I saw the most inept display I have ever seen from a footballer in Frank Nouble!

Anyhow let us hope for better things this coming season!

hopefully the club will do some sort of deal to hook the fans in early for the season for this game.

I always struggle to get up to Portman Road in time for Mid Week fixtures at the best of times!

Hopefully it's the next generations opportunity ( Benyu and co ) like last season when Bishop emerged - and hopefully for once we can progress so we can have another experiment in round 2.
