He doesn't think it at all, he's just on the wind up. You'd think he'd reign it in following relegation, and at a time when they need people renewing season passes at their extortionate prices - but no. There is the measure of the man/lizard.
Figures keep getting bandied about by both sides. Unfortunately there hasnt been enough support to persuade the Allams to stop with the name change, nowhere near.
The question was how many voted against it and as he says 1700 which he is correct in saying ,it does not matter how many are against it does it when only 1700 showed a vote against it.
Grandiosity: Refers to an unrealistic sense of superiority — a sustained view of oneself as better than others that causes the narcissist to view others with disdain or as inferior, as well as to a sense of uniqueness: the belief that few others have anything in common with oneself and that one can only be understood by a few or very special people. Ring any bells Ehab?
Last season's ballot result is irrelevant. We're still waiting for the report from the adjudicators into the complaints that were made at the time so we have no idea whether 1,700 is the correct figure. If he thought he'd win a ballot he'd have held another one. Especially as the arbitration decision stressed the importance of a majority of supporters being in favour. An independent ballot along the lines of the OSC ballot would have answered the question once and for all. He knows what the answer would be so we haven't had one.
So you say the 1700 figure is not true, go on then tell me how many pass holders are a against it then !!
We don't know because they haven't held a second independent ballot. We do know that the FA wasn't particularly impressed with the first one, it says so in the report of the arbitration panel. We also know that those voting against in the second OSC ballot went up. It is likely that the failure to hold a second ballot will result in the FA voting against the application. Something Ehab Allam hints at in his interview. We'll then see if they sell within 24 hours.
We don't know, as not every pass holder has voted on a ballot. It is certainly not 1700 Ehab, I can assure you.
The question I asked was most definitly "How many voted for it?" The question is most relevant & the answer more so. I'll answer it for you. In the HCST poll the answer is 2 voted in favour of the name change. In the OSC poll the answer is 240 voted in favour of the name change. In the Allam's loaded poll, with "unimpressive" questions, in which he specifically called upon the "silent majority" to come out & be heard in supporting both themselves & the name change proposal the answer is that 0 people voted in favour of the name change alone. Although 2565 of the 15033 people specifically "called upon" to be heard came out in support of the name change under the veiled threat that the owners would leave if they didn't get their own way. Or, to put it another way, 12,468 of the 15033 asked chose not to support either the owners or their ludicrous name change proposal despite being specifically "called upon" to do so. "Unconvincing" according to the FA.
So you're saying it's less than the figure from the clubs' own ballot quoted by your gracious leader? Christ, you're stupid.
What I find both ridiculous and disappointing is how stupid and false argument is used by both the owners and the very few clowns on here who support them. This is about a bitter vendetta between the owners and HCC, what is even more stupid and ridiculous is that the owners have allowed this vendetta to spread to a targeted element of their customer-base; I say targeted as it certainly appears to me that they will freely vent their spleen at anyone who disagrees with them, using their power as a lever to bully others who are vulnerable. What disappoints me, but fails to surprise me, is that some of those they have targeted actively choose to collaborate with them. These owners are going nowhere, the name-change will be refused and the re-branding will continue; how long before we see a Hull Tigers banner, I wonder.
Anyone who believes that the club is worse off under the Allams than it was last time we were relegated to the Championship needs to read the following from OLM's great love Adam Pearson. Objectivity, rather than an all-consuming anti-Allam bias, is all that is needed to realise that we are in a far stronger position as a club. http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/HULL...-heavy-heart/story-11961712-detail/story.html
Second part of interview just proves they are so out of touch with the fans of the club. what a tosser,
