Will be presented by Gary Lineker, Steven Gerrard, Rio Ferdinand, Harry Redknapp and Glenn Hoddle.

You wouldn't expect LA Galaxy to be too happy about Gerrard flying backwards and forwards just to be a pundit.

I believe their close season is December to March, so he'll be coming back to cover games in the middle of the season.

BT to fit equipment in his LA home when MLS season is still on. Ok.

Please god they get rid of Michael Owen before the season kicks off, got to be the worst commentator in history, only Phil Neville at the World Cup was worse

Ian Darke is a really good commentator to be fair. Agree with Fletcher though - he's a 1000 miles an hour.

Peter Drury and Derek Rae will also be covering the games for them. Co-coms expected to be Owen, Savage, McAllister and Hargreaves.

They've also signed Howard Webb as a pundit and have Jose Mourinho as an ambassador and make may punditry appearances.

Hate seeing refs as pundits, an annoying gimmick usually, I bet he keeps awarding pens to Man Utd even though he's retired

He can if BT Sport don't mind broadcasting a dodgy picture of a pundit that wasn't at the game.

I thought Sky used to pretend that a lot of commentators were at the game (usually foreign league games) when in fact they were sat in Isleworth: "from my commentary position".

No. It's amazing the number of programmes - not sports - that show people on webcams. I always think it's tacky. I had somebody from BT who wanted me to renew and they said that the new channel will cost £5 per month. I sign up to just about everything going if it's football (excluding Premier Sports. MUTV, Liverpool and Chelsea)! Finding time to watch it is a different story.

I thing I'm in favour of is doing what rugby league have done and get a former ref in to commentate as well and any dodgy decisions they ask him what his thoughts are.
