Right I'm off before I get any more votes for keeping the thread lively try and find out something useful while I'm gone
Thanks for clarifying MITO, I was wondering where my post went when I replied to him! I had already jotted him down as very suspicious and to be monitored going forward Never thought to check the list of players...
OK so there's not much happening so far. Usually the big talkers get put up for lynch on day one and the easy route for mafia is to keep quiet and stay under the radar. The last few games people have realised this so mafia seemed to come online more often in the past to avoid being suspicious. However I still think we give the mafia an easy time if we don't try to include some of the inactive players, as it's just too easy to hide by being quiet. Admittedly it could genuinely be a case of being too busy to be online, but it's also an easy excuse for mafia. I propose we put 3 or 4 people up for the lynch, but at least 1 or 2 must be inactive people, to encourage some involvement. We can always change our votes later nearer the 8pm deadline. The other 2 people can come from some dodgy behaviour in today's posts, I'm sure there will be a few. I agree, rather suspicious to me at this early stage. Very common tactic for mafia to vote for each other early on day 1 to disassociate from each other, knowing full well that the votes will change later on. Page 2: BobbyD - I vote Billy. He's always a dodgy one Billy - ok I vote BobbyD #revengevoting Then almost immediately on page 3, they both start asking where all the quiet people are, and encouraging votes on inactive posters. Hmmm. I recommend we get BobbyD and Billy into the 3/4 way at this stage and see what happens. Anyone else agree? I vote BobbyD
Hmmm that's interesting... I will allow you this vote as i guess we need to get some activity started from other players before people start panicking. saying that though this puts me out in front with Billy. Is this a clever mafia ploy to move me ahead of Billy, potentially another mafia or is it Sir Tennis trying to promote some activity. I guess we can't put any of the inactives up yet as its still early in the day. Is there a quick tool we can use that we can see who has responded in the Mafia thread so we can compile a list of the inactives?
