LINGFIELD 235- Clyfmder 5/2 f Hughues is booked for the ride and only put up 2 lbs for the last win, form has been franked by the 2nd winning next time out (placed first after intial winner was thrown out). I see this being a cut above and one to catch whilst its clearly in great form 335- Stockton- 9/4 Buick goes to Lingfield for the 1 ride before going to Windsor for his nights rides. There's no doubting that the Hannon horse could be more than up to taking this first time out but alot of the Hannons horses have needed a run and at the odds i feel this one is worth chancing and definently in the WO Fav market. 510- Night Generation 7/4 Tried and trusted theory of backing a Prescott runner 1st time out in a handicap when upped in trip. Need I say more. WINDSOR 625- My Major 9/2 Oisin Murphy dashs down for Leicester to ride My Major in the 625. Horse has only won once finishing 2nd and for him to make the dash it must hold a relatively decent chance so im willing to have ago at 9/2
240 Naas Father Frost 6/1 O'brien pitches this one in the deep end fairly early so I think he may be trying to get some black type nice and early. 340 Naas Birchwood NAP 2/1 This horses form just keps getting franked and 2/1 is a gift. I am on and expect this to touch evens at sompeoint tomorrow. 415 Naas Great Page 10/3 Top class horses have dominated this race but there doesnt seem to be one in here but that may come in time. Anyway, Hannon has a good idea on what it takes to win this race so with Great Page i expect to come somewhere close. 445 Naas Toscanni 2/1 Between the top 2 in the betting for me in this and although we would be seeing the best 5f horse from last year if it wasn't for a certain Tiggy Wiggy I just feel that woth Toscanini already proving that he has trained on this will be his day. 725 Windsor Lucky Kristale 20/1 I have no doubt that if Pretend is an Ascot horse he would need to go close from a good draw but at 11/4 hes just too short so I have decided to have a go Lucky Kristale with the first time blinkers.

One that caught my eye straight away was Great Page in the 4.15 at Naas.Hannon won this race three years ago and this one was beaten lto by a highly regarded stable mate.PP best price 10/3 which I've taken as this one could go off a lot shorter come race time tomorrow. EXPENSIVE TASTE 16-1 Leicester 4:25 Down to a ridiculously low mark but been not been seen at this optimum trip for some time. A decent jockey on board for a change too and blinkered first time for good measure. Not one to pin too much faith in but worth a dabble at this price!
Can't fathom out the Johnston runners lately, seems the fancied ones are getting beat and the new comers and long odds shots are winning. Today he only has the one runner up at Carlisle in the 6.40. CHICAGO SCHOOL is currently the second fav just behind the Fahey runner. Should be between these two but I think Johnstons will just shade it. Currently around the 5/2 mark.

Be interesting to see how ex old boy Gosden's THOMAS HOBSON does now in the care of the maestro Mullins. 4/6 to win his maiden today at Listowel, not one for me to back but I'm sure some will pile in! I can't think of that many highly rated ex-flat horses to end up at Closutton. They obviously usually go for lightly raced French jumpers or Irish pointers, so will be fascinating to see how this lad gets on.
Hey fellas, I need a hand with a bet. If I place a 5 horse acca but select the Trebles option how does it work??? I want to do a £1 which costs £10 but it says the potential winnings are £521 but is that if any 3 win or is that if the best 3 odds wise??
By my reckoning it would be £521 if all 5 win – that’s having a £1 treble on each of the 10 different combinations of those 5 horses. A £1 treble on the 3 biggest priced animals (11/4, 100/30, 5/1) pays in the region of £96. The other 9 combinations are obviously lower with the shortest combined (6/4, 13/8, 11/4) being just short of £24.
