    The Sun is reporting that we have offered Spurs £200,000 for RB Adam Smith.

    Sure it was mentioned a few times on here that he was on loan at Bournemouth last season, and by all accounts didn't do a bad job. With Francis gone this looks like a good move.

    Heard he had a very good spell on loan in League One last season- and was reportedly a top target at the start of the summer. Think the original story was that Spurs were going to monitor him for a bit before deciding what to do with him. Perhaps they want to cash in whilst he has earned a reputation at this level?

    One thing we do know about Spurs though- they always insist on quite a high sell on clause for young players.

    I reckon we will have him in on loan with option to sign at the end if promoted...?

    likes to be forward but a liability defending and struggled big tiem against anyone decent....and not a patch on Wiggins..

    However he stated he wanted to join a Championship club.............similar to Wiggins......
