I've been saying we should boycott the World Cup for ages.

So if the prince receives 69 votes or more, they vote again .....

 

How long does it take for 10 adults to count 200+ bits of paper?

 

They should be used to counting paper apparently they been doing it quite regular.

Of the 209 votes, three were spoiled and so only 206 counted
