Congrats to the players, etc, so many top performances pulled out of the bag, but AN absolutely nailed it tactically today.

Boro obviously thought we would start slowly as has been AN's style usually - patience, keep it tight, get to half time and hit them with subs.

A completely different tactic caught them off their guard. We came out the blocks absolutely blazing. They couldn't cope.

There really is only one Alex Neil

Exactly what I said to the others I gave a lift to - we were 'firing on all cylinders' tight from kick off!!!!

I can;t remember the last time I saw Norwich start a match with so much confidence and control. We simply blew them away and they had no answer after that. We settled for 2-0 and Boro could do nothing about it!

Yes no doubt we had some good quality in our players over the season but it still needed some special management from AN to get us over the line. I'm sure some bigger clubs will be keeping an eye on his progress next season.

The big bigger clubs will give it two or three seasons before making any move for him I would guess. But Everton to Newcastle to Sunderland would likely take a chance sooner. Would he be interested? Hate to think he will make a Lambert mistake.

Any big club Oop North would interest AN long term unfortunately as it would be nearer 'home' for him. However if we can keep him for two or three years you never know as most ex players and managers fall in love with the area as we're fortunate to have a great quality of life in this part of the world. Think about it ? Ken Brown, Robert Fleck, Darren Huckerby, Dean Ashton, Darren Eadie, Iwan Roberts, Gordon Chisholm to name but a few have all settled here and now call it 'home' <ok>

I thought his top move was doubling up on Adomah completely stifled apart from 10 mins or so. Bamford clearly not fit, I think Karanka got a few things wrong but AN got absolutely every last detail bang on the money. All £120 m of it.

That didn't come out quite right. Couldn't scroll down past the photo for some reason so my post is above it.

I know its a totally different level, but watching Norwich on Monday was like watching AN Accies teams. Pressing high up the park and high tempo passing and movement.

    Terrific to watch.
