Mum-of-two Louise Aspinall is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old boy on three separate occasions while she was working as a teaching assistant at Swinton High School. Aspinall, 36, faces seven counts of sexual activity with a child. She denies all charges, the Manchester Evening News reports. Manchester Crown Court heard that rumours were circulated around Swinton High School about Mrs Aspinall and the youngster following the alleged offences over a number of weeks in February 2013 including one liaison which allegedly took place on Valentine’s Day. It was weird. "I didn’t really understand it. I just went along with it.” Louise Aspinall was working as a teaching assistant at Swinton High School when the alleged sexual encounters with the teen occurred. Prosecutor Andrew MacKintosh told the jury Mrs Aspinall and the complainant had sex on three separate occasions and she also performed sex acts on him. In his evidence, the complainant said Mrs Aspinall was ‘dead nice’ to him and the first kiss followed a play fight. He said: “She took my phone off me and started going through all my contacts. "She was messing about she pushed me and fell on top of me and it just happened. We kissed. I just laughed. "She was telling me she always argues with her husband and things like that. She didn’t care about him anymore. "She was telling me she cared about me. She doesn’t like her husband anymore but she likes me.” The boy said Mrs Aspinall never forced him to have sex but told him to keep quiet. He said: “She said ‘obviously don’t tell anyone I can get in trouble for it’.” The allegations came to light when the teenager eventually told his brother and was convinced to go to the police. Mr MacKintosh said that during police interview Mrs Aspinall said she had never kissed or had sex with the complainant and had only been alone with him once. She claimed the allegations were false and ‘malicious’.
