Especially as i work in an office with 8 birds, and I am the only fella (well, we have 3 other males, one is a ****, one is a derby fan but only part time and the 3rd's idea of a night out is 'a glass or two of wine, then off to the opera'. **** me I miss my old job.

For a small improvement, why not let the default reply be the 'advanced' option with smilies et al?

 

can you do cross threads on here the same as the other site?

Have a couple of mods. Distasteful stuff and racist stuff take off - leave the rest. Nothing too heavy handed just common sense. NSFW is good idea.

 

Totally agree with the NSFW idea, although I work mainly at home I go through the work server.

Which is constantly monitored and any offensive material found will lead to....................potentially the sack !

 

Where I work almost every site is blocked. No youtube, can't even check your yahoo email.

 

Scotland Yard's like that, they've gotta be careful conkers.

 

Some other forums are blocked as well. Not this one.

They know everyone surfs the internet rather than work, that's why they block most sites.
