@PJBuckingham: Line up for the 2015-16 Championship is complete and the bookmakers have #hcafc as early promotion favourites #novel http://t.co/3C45cqDSEW
Hull City to win - 10/1 clear favourites, to be promoted 3/1. Thank goodness for that. If relegation is the only way we could get rid of the overpaid flops, so be it. Hopefully the genuine guys will stick around and make next season memorable for all the right reasons. We shall return. Cheer up everyone...
Think were favourites is down to the fact that QPR and Burnley are going to lose there main assets in Austin and Ings.
Speaking of Austin, I do wonder if he'd have been as good for us or would he be another striker flop if he'd signed?
Flopped, we don't dominate teams and create enough chances for strikers to score. We'd wreck Costa's career
I actually think that Jelavic, Ndoye and Hernandez are really decent strikers. They just got absolutely **** all service from our pedestrian sideways crab football midfielders. Had any of the three had a run out at another premier league team all could get 10 or so each.
If Jelavic could have stayed fit all season I'm sure he would have bagged 15 goals for us. The other two flattered to deceive a bit for me - however I do agree that service has been pretty poor this season as we don't seem to have anyone who can get round the back of the opposition defence.
I think we will see a "new look" Hull City next season as I think Jelavic,N'Doye and Hernandez will jump ship.Of the others Macca appears to be on his way out as does Quinny and I can see us getting bids for Chester,Robertson and Brady. Elmo has great relationship with Brucie and the KC faithful so hopefully will stay,Huddlestone will prabably stay as I can't see anyone matching his wages or pay much of a transfer fee for him.Rosie seems to like it here and I hope stays. We are sure to have an interesting summer and a roller coaster ride next season, it's never dull supporting City Duh, should have read the who goes who stays thread before I posted this,SORRY.
Lose half a dozen players and we wont be favourites any more looking at the odds in August might give us a better idea. Of the relegated teams we could lose the most players, Burnley may be a couple, Qpr ageing team not many but us could be quite a turn over of players. Its difficult at the moment to estimate who will go and who will stay lets hope we keep most of the squad together but things will need freshening up anyway.
