Why what's the deal in Hull these days? Genuine question, no mischief - I havent been out in Hull for years. Most city centre bars in Leeds are open until between 4 and 6am.
Anyone reckon Grant Leadbitter is worth a punt? 12 goals and 8 assists this season. Plenty of Championship experience, could be the link between the strikers and midfield that we've missed since Koren left? It would only be a temporary fix, with him being 29.
Haven't been out in Hull much myself recently. Police managed to get anywhere with a late licence restricted, at least, during the week. Most bars on the vibrant, buzzing Princes Avenue only serve until 11pm I think. Last I heard the only places in Hull and East Yorkshire which applied for and were granted 24 hour licences were in Hutton Cranswick. They don't use them it just saves going through what is now an even more load of rigmarole for a special event when they want to open late. There are probably more bars open until late in Brid. Not that I would want to go into any of them.
It's going to be ace for me, for a while. If Naaarch had failed, everybody would've kept shtum. But now...
