    Shearer just got nearly emotional about the Toon on MOTD.
    Said basically it's time for Mike to step up as the fans are now starting to go out of habit which is wrong.
    Never heard it put like that but boy did he hit the nail on the head with that word.

    he's right. it getting more out of habit than loyalty these days.
