Agree with all of these especially the GM crops, i think its actually morally wrong to stop any effort to produce greater more reliable yields. Id add: Psychics - i think its wrong to trick derived parents that they've spoken to there dead child for money. Homeopathic medicine - again its wrong to tell people that are genuinely ill that they shouldn't seek medical help, id add faith healers in there and religions that ban things like blood transfusions. Anti-Vaccine people - this is just causing large out breaks of Mumps and Measles, funny that. It putting children in danger. Religious people who think there religion give them the right to persecute others, e.g. gay marriage The belief that everyone opinion hold the same weight, i trust Alex Neil's opinions on football but not if i had a pain in my chest, and i wouldn't take a broken down car to a doctor. I do love a good rant
Bang on. Peas and sweetcorn mixed on a plate, Mrs welly only dished that once up to me, never again...
Manchester. As someone who divides their life between Leeds and Liverpool my life would be far better if the place was bulldozed and replaced by a bypass
Manchester...the city that gave us Joy Division, The Happy Mondays, The Stone Roses...I've had many a good piss up in the pubs of Manchester, you won't find a more down to earth friendly people than the Mancs.
Shareholders holding the balance of power.Once upon a time a business was run by a local person, he provided a service to the local population, earned some money,if he was successful he might have employed more people who in turn spent money in the local economy.Nowadays business is driven by "earning" a dividend for shareholders(usually those who have more than they need/deserve)and screw everyone else. That and the Housing Benefit system which diverts money out of the public purse into the hands of the rich. Oh and Tony Blair......enough said.
As someone who lives in Manchester (the only proper city in the north) I have to put Yorkshire canary in room 102
Sanctimonious Vegetarians / Vegans who think we shouldn't eat flesh. I eat meat, I love meat and I like my steak blue and still running around my plate. Get over it
That said, when I get on the Central line in the morning I'm not particularly fond of other commuters.
