I'd say we need a minimum of 11 players really... We struggled this season as it is so playing with 9 each week would just be silly.
 
If you lose that many playerd and finish top 4 next season you will have done very well.

remember that, having to play for the opposition because they didnt have enough players! did it a few times in school rugby and always liked it.

Everyone is always talking about "leveling the playing field" in the prem and you just might have found a perfect way forward,.

Should you not be busy hoping Jose replaces vG when he leaves. Or are you hating Jose this week? Hard to tell because you flip flop between opinions on Jose almost weekly.

Not at all. It's a squad game and nobody knows that more than United. I could bring up the United squad from 8-10 yrs ago and you'd be X'ing players like OShea, Brown, Sylvestre, Park, Fletcher etc but they were necessary. Crossing out De Gea, Di Maria, Shaw is laughable. Players like Smalling, Januzaj, Jones, Wilson, McNair are still very much needed and will add depth in quality.

They would all start. I presume you've missed Liverpool this season Hash. I cant actually name any of your defenders because its like they dont exist...

It's not as clear cut as that. Clearly Hash never saw Vidic and Evra in their first season for us otherwise he wouldnt be writing off McNair or Shaw already. But at this stage I would say Smalling and Shaw probably would be starting. Evans is as **** as anything Livpl have atm. He def wouldnt be starting. Blackett I'm not sure about either.
 
DDG is cited as the main reason you finished 4th and was your player of the season, neither Liverpool nor United have any argument claiming anything other than bad defences.
