I was listening to Mike Parry on Talk ****e radio earlier and he was slagging Advocaat for getting so emotional...He really is a prick that I would take great pleasure in giving a slap..

 

Then Parry did not do much research. Advocaat had been dumped by Croatia and could not be blamed for thinking he was past it. He has been a no nonsense straight as a die manager who has maybe resurrected us as well as himself.

I listen to it too now and again, it is more through the lack of choice, than anything to do with the content, which is dire. Courtney is the most obnoxious b......d ever imo.

 

Talksport presenters jobs is to get their listeners all worked up and pissed off! To get people to phone in to vent their spleen! Was that Margaret Byrne in the Arsenal interview room? If it was, she's a lot slimmer than when she came, so I wasn't sure. But it shows exactly what Advocaat has brought to the club. Can you imagine her having a pally little weep and then a giggle and a hand on Poyet's arm? And Ellis has just been in the dressing room - it sounds like a right happy little get-together, with everybody pulling in the same direction. I doubt that would have happened three months ago. I want Dick to stay.
