I completely agree that this is a great direction to take. But I dont feel we can rely on Sturridge and feel that may be where our big money is spent.

I'v said this a lot but we need to build a spine for our team. We have the makings of a good one but it contains some massive holes in RCB, DM, part of CM and up front.

We need a partner for Sakho, a partner for Henderson (who is creative), a DM to pin our midfield around and a goal machine who has the pace to suit our playing style.

Next season I wont our team to be physically stronger, more together and more creative.

    Mignolet
    Flanagan Papa Sakho Moreno
    Illaramendi
    Henderson Milner
    Lallana Coutinho
    Aubemeyang
I found Lallana and Coutinho's pairing very effective in the 3421 but I would prefer a back 4. Previously they paired behind Sterling. With a proper striker with pace who runs behind they could thrive.

No one seems to be including Divirk Origi in their teams, or are we to assume he is not good enough for a first team start.

Will Yesil be fit enough to challenge for a spot.

  4. I'd be very happy if we got Aubemeyang. Reason I keep saying Tevez is because he'd be cheap to buy considering she and contract, washes would be higher though. Of we could somehow convince Carlos (very much doubt it) then why not both?

  5. I think he will be one of the four. With Ings looking like arriving and Studge already here, that only leaves one more spot which concerns me.

(Assuming Lambert, Balotelli, Borini and Aspas all ****off)

  6. Who said we would sign Hummel's? I used him as an example only.

Origi is young. He'll be in people's plans from the squad.

Where does Lallana stand in every ones thoughts?

I appear to be the only person with him in my 11.

This season was always going to be difficult. His first season at a big club. Missed preseason with injury. And the team wasn't settled so how could he be?

Next season he'll be a lot less very average <ok>

He sits in mine. On the bench or with his feet up at home watching our games on his massive telly trying out many different hair products

Does Lallana remind any of you of Matt Cardle the former X Factor winner?

    Potential signings I would like:

    Kevin Trapp (GK)

    Montoya (RB)
    Schar (RCB/RB)
    Hoewdes (RCB)

    Kondogbia (DM)
    Kovavcic (CM/AM)
    Firmino (AM)
    Son (AM/CF)
    Aubameyang (AM/CF)

Not saying that we should sign all of these players but this a good pool of players who are all attainable IMO and are affordable.
