Now that we know we are staying up, we can start to think about player recruitment for next year. Out of those who we could realistically go for, the ones that stand out are: Luke Garbutt - young left back which is a position we will be looking at and oozes class. I think he may stay at everton but if he doesnt he fits Nigels mould of player recruitment perfectly. Id love to bring him in. Jon Flannagan - i imagine he'll stay, but if he wanted to move to be first choice he'd be a great addition. Micah Richards - might he be tempted? John Guidietti - more likely to go abroad but he has goals in him. Jon Walters - a workaholic who always seems to score. An upgrade of the 'Nuge' role. Boruc - hopefully not but if Kasper leaves he's a good choice.
Only players I would try for would be Danny Ings and Tom Cleverley and both would be hard to get but worth a go
They have already been approached by SAGA to offer keep fit and **** lessons to the more elderly of us.
