Few places reporting that Aquilani could be on his way to Fiorentina on a season-long loan deal with an option for a permanent move at the end of the season!? I'll be extremely annoyed if this is true as I'd prefer either to sell him and be done with it or keep him and play him! Looks like Meireles could be on his way too, still not too sure on this one with reports stating that his fitness is in question?
Aquilani is making it obvious, he doesn't want to play for the club. Stick him on the transfer list and get rid.
Its just the same old rumours. The press know he hasn't 100% confirmed his future so they'll try and unsettle him, force him to leave and then label him as a flop. I'm going to ignore the rumours and wait for it to be officially announced by LFC about Aquilani's future. So far KK has spoke of him admiration of Aquilani and thats about it.
I was hoping this was the case because I was beginning to question Kenny's management if it was true. Deja vu with Hodgson!
As far as I am aware, Aqua is presently In China. There he will have plenty of opportunity to both talk directly with KK regarding our plans for him and his own feelings. As importantly he also has the opportunity to prove to KK with his performances that merit his inclusion in the squad. As importantly, I believe that he has already stated (and confirmed by his agent) that he will be at Liverpool this season.
I believe we should do all we can to keep Aquilani. I'm hoping he will impress Kenny during the pre-season and can see his quality.
Lets see over the coming week who is gone on tour. Now as far as I know Glen Johnson,Pepe Reina and Steven Gerrard haven't gone due to them recovering from injury. Lucas and El Pistolero are in Argentina for Copa America.Jordan Henderson has been excused due to his participation in the under 21 European Championships.I also reckon both Adam Morgan and Raheem Sterling have also been excused having been involved with the under 17s. Jovanovic,Degen and El Zhar are not on tour,as the last I've heard Kenny has forced all three to train by themselves.As for Insua,I'm unsure as of yet.Apparently Aquilani as of yet doesn't have a squad number. According to this mornings Daily Mirror,Konchesky is wanted by Leicester and Sven.Please take him off our hands.

The official site is pretty up to date. It has Maxi at 11, Adam at 26, Spearing at 20 and Henderson at 14. The rest remain unchanged as far as I'm aware.
To be fair, if the club doesn't want Aquilani, we should sell on a permanent basis. If the clubs wants to keep him, he stays. Nice and simple.
Dave. Jovanovic,Degen,Insua and El Zhar also don't have squad numbers.However the squad list also includes Tom Ince and Gerardo Bruna who apparently are joining Blackpool either permanently or on-loan.Tom Ince is 45 and Bruna is 48.
jova has been told he can go on a free and insua hasn't gone to china as didn't get a visa, he trained today with the reserves, but is flying out tomorrow to malaysia (from his twitter)
