Barton gets my vote as Player of the Year. But he should keep his gob shut about his vague personal opinions he doesnt even dare name. It leads only to idiotic guessing find the ones to blame game from supporters that know even less and damages only the Club when almost everyone is called a bad egg because they speak French, are too English or been injured too much. Stupid and unnecessary when the Players have worked hard together under Ramsey.
Ozzie, you're as deluded as Damage. If you think Taraabt is a bad egg because he speaks French or worse still if you actually believe he's really injured then there is no hope for you. Everything else you say about every other player / manager now has to be questioned & perhaps taken with a pinch of salt.
I introduced the "French Speaking" description in an earlier post. It was a way of identifying one of the cliques that existed big time under NW and Hughes, and all of them (the cliques) were destructive. I agree with Oslo this much. It was unwise for Barton to wash laundry in public, at least so soon after relegation (save it for his memoirs). But once the genie is out of the bottle, and Barton is tapping his nose, nod-nod, wink-wink, saying that there are bad eggs in the camp, it's absolutely bleeding obvious that fans are going to speculate - with each other - on fan sites - if any have access to the media like a phone-in. And it's also obvious that journalists will speculate too. Which is what they've been doing. And now Barton is crying crocodile tears saying that when he cryptically informed the world that certain players weren't pulling their weight, he never in his wildest dreams thought anyone would try to work out which individuals he was talking about. ...and he still hasn't actually denied that those players identified by the press, were the players he had in mind. He's merely said he doesn't blame them for the relegation. Weasel words
Because because IMO you need rubbing and I think Taarabt gets bad press so when you refer to a very good player as a fat arse etc you don't take into account his long term injury It this simple I reply to comments that I don't think are right
Just because Barton tweets then we react take a moment to understand why? Barton isn't good enough IMO
Alec Stock always said it was essential to have a fat arse to be a good footballer. Taarabt turning into the Ed Miliband of QPR. Who can we blame for this catastrophe? It's a collective failure, just like Labour's.
QPR 'bad egg' Eduardo Vargas REFUSED to go on as sub during their loss to Crystal Palace 22:30, 12 May 2015 By Darren Lewis We can reveal Chile international whose attitude already has him in the firing line after Hoops' relegation was TWICE asked to help try to turn around 3-1 deficit Queens Park Rangers rebel Eduardo Vargas refused to play for the club at Crystal Palace as they battled relegation. We revealed yesterday that the 25-year-old Chilean is one of the so-called ‘bad eggs’ currently in the firing line over their attitude at the Loftus Road club. Boss Chris Ramsey twice asked him to go on as a substitute in the club’s defeat at Selhurst Park on March 14. Palace were leading 3-1 at the time, Matt Phillips had scored an 83rd-minute consolation goal to give QPR a glimmer of hope. Vargas was supposed to replace Shaun Wright-Phillips five minutes from time. But he refused. Ramsey asked again, Vargas refused once more and the manager was forced to send on 18-year-old midfielder Reece Grego-Cox instead. Vargas is on loan from Italian side Napoli so is set to leave at the end of the season and QPR have confirmed he was fined two weeks’ wages as a punishment, but refused to comment further. The incident illustrates the concerns behind the scenes over the conduct of some players as the club failed in their battle against the drop. It also underlines the scale of the problem that faced Ramsey, set to be confirmed as the Hoops' new boss at the end of the season. Mauro Zarate was fined two weeks' wages for storming out after failing to make the match-day squad against Liverpool earlier this month. He has been sent back to his parent club, West Ham. Vargas is currently back home in Chile and will not return to QPR as his loan expires at the end of the season. Although Adel Taarabt and Armand Traore are both fit, they will not play any part for the remainder of the campaign. As revealed by Mirrorsport yesterday, QPR are actively exploring ways of ending the contracts of both players this summer as they each still have 12 months left to run. Harry Redknapp, who quit as boss in February, described Taarabt as “lazy” and last month Ramsey said: “I think many a person has tried (to nurture him) but it has to come from within. “At the moment I haven’t got the time to spend on him when I have to get the rest of the squad to where they need to be.” QPR midfielder Joey Barton, who coined the term "bad eggs" phrase, claimed on Twitter on Tuesday: “I don’t believe Vargas, Isla, Zarate, Taarabt or Traore are responsible for QPR’s relegation.”
Its not that surprising mate. I said to Nines the other night when Joey's bad eggs were laid that Taraabt & Vargas were the two he was on about. Remember Ramsey saying before he wouldn't train for him? Its not a huge leap then to refuse to play
It is but not near as disgraceful as not being on the bench in the first place. Another player has taken "disgrace" to a whole new level
Disgusting behaviour! Are these shyts not checked out before they are brought in ? How is it possible that one club can attract so many wastes of time? HOW? These type of players don't deserve football careers. Surely that must be a breech of contract. I knew Traore was one of the slackers early in the season just judging by most of his performances But Vargas ?? It was an impossible task. Unfluckingbelievable! !!
