Roma, Monaco, Sporting Lisbon, Inter Milan punished by Uefa In February, Hull were fined £145,000 for breaking the same rules but Liverpool were cleared. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32666094 So we never broke any rules but are mentioned with those clubs found guilty.
If they mentioned all clubs investigated and then found to be not guilty fair enough, but as we are the only "not guilty" club mentioned in the article I can't see the reason to give us a mention.
"Any other English clubs" been found innocent? Maybe if they do an article on clubs being found not guilty of breaking ffp they'll mention all those that have broken the rule.
Same story without the bias. http://www1.skysports.com/football/...ma-and-monaco-punished-for-breaking-ffp-rules
May I ask Really.... Ffp breach seems serious but the fine is the only real sanction. Inter will pay thier's off europa league so who cares I suppose It seems to me that if you are a club wanting to jump the queue you could easily lash cash at it then say mea culpa when they fine you ignore it and you'll end up at the top table anyway
They also limit the number of players in the CL squad. The limit is still twice the number of players you can have on the pitch though Imagine a proper sanction; "Man City you've been total ****s so now you start with 10 men and no subs"
Mourinho compliments Gerrard but they have to end the article on a negative note http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32662464
No. Three English clubs have been investigated - City, Hull and Liverpool, City and Hull were penalised, Liverpool were found not to have broken the rules. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...UEFA-possible-financial-fair-play-breach.html So the BBC mentioned all three clubs to have been investigated, not sure where the #bias is supposed to have come from?!?
Seems like they end the article on a balanced note - mentioning Gerrard's greatest moment against Chelsea in 2005 and arguably his worst moment last year. I suppose it would have been more balanced if you'd beaten Villa and they could have waxed lyrical about the Gerrard Final on the 30th...
Very scientific at the beeb tonight. "Are Manchester United fans more knowledgeable about football than Liverpool fans? According to our BBC Sport Predictor league they are, with Man Utd in 51st place and Liverpool in 87th after the opening round of our new Premier League game. Help represent your club by making your predictions forthis weekend's fixtures here."
