    Thing is the SNP has the power to abolish the bedroom tax in Scotland while a Tory politician said on Sky News earlier that they plan on increasing it in England, Scotland get more money per had of population spent on welfare than the English as it is.

    The biggest nation in the Union has the least devolved power and nobody seems to give a toss.

    We will move towards a federation of states. Like Canada. Scotland, Wales, NI and England raising their own taxes and revenue. Deciding then how to spend them. we will have a federal tax for spending on common things like defence and border control etc.

    NI will cease to exist without Westminster, they don't generate enough revenue to sustain their existence, in a federation of "British" states they would be a financial burden on the other three parts.

    How does Latvia survive?

    It's not too small it is too mollycoddled and packing with arse holes who know jack all about real world work

    Best thing that could happen to the place is a good sake up and real economics not just hand outs

    Quite easily as it happens, its exports and main trading partners Germany and Russia make it easily self sustainable.
    NI can't be compared to Latvia except by population numbers.
