Im sure the red part of the Norwich board will be claiming that the returning officer had a mare and got a lot of decisions wrong and Labour clearly had enough chances to win.
As a Labour voter, it's a pretty galling election result. Still, an Ipswich win over Norwich and, dare I say it, an unlikely promotion, will make me feel a lot better. Come on the Town!
As a non " Bankrupt the country " voter I am delighted. They got exactly what they deserved for the sheer mess they created from 97. Well done general public. If they had appointed the right brother they may have got in. I'm rather upset Ed Milliband has resigned he was doing a fine job.
Westy, fair point, but when will you accept that it was the world bankers and hedge-funders that left us all in the serious s...t last time round, and even a retired Tory finance minister admitted as much last week! but it suited Tory boys to blame labour for all the ills. Good result for Cameron, fair dues, surprised us all, but hope he governs for all the country not just his well-heeled half next 5 years! It was a terrible night for old Cleggy...decent man. But back to the real stuff...the wonderful footie we have all been enjoying last 6 months. I sniff an amazing surprise...Mick will tee them up..no pressure on us. I shall be glued to the radio!!
The banks did a lot of problems but I'm not referring to that. I'm referring to * The needless waste of millions on the needless invasion of Iraq. * Selling the gold when it was at it's lowest price ever. * Introducing benefit after benefit for all and sundry. And that's being kind to the Labour " regime " - Feel VERY sorry for Gordon Brown, well and truly stitched up by Tony " several houses and multimillionaire FOR THE PEOPLE " Blair. If I ever saw that man he is one man I would quite happily punch square in the face. Absolute destruction he caused then he ran away instead of answering questions. Subhuman scum.
