Forbes rich list was out yesterday. I thought about posting but didn't I would expect tottenham to jump this list once thier stadium is built the fact west ham are on this list is a joke and same for newcastle. Our worth is making FSg's 200mil in look good business if they sell but in reality the worth comes form many intangibles that are not realizable with a sale. When we compelte our stadium refurb i'd expect us to get closer to the next two up but not over haul them. The real issue for LFC is theres 4 clubs bigger than us in the league in money terms. Others can have much lower vlaues but cos they are in france or spain they are quids in for CL.
That list is meaningless, as it's applying a value to their intangible assets and concocting some delusional apparent market value of the business. A simple list of the clubs with the highest turnovers on the planet would be more meaningful.
I mean sure barca can say messi is worth 250million and inflate theirs but can we say flanagan is worth 500mil and inflate ours... tis what greez would do.
