They should have offered Eddie Howe the world when Pardew went. He'd have probably have knocked them back but with the right promises and a good headhunter anything is possible. As you say if you are looking down over then Karl Robinson, Karanka, Hasselbaink, Rosler.

Or have a look at Paul Clement. I don't care just take a punt on someone modern.

Unless it has fallen apart at Sociedad I can't imagine Moyes coming here. We had our opportunity 6 months ago.

    Moyes > Pardew >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Carver

But none of them is what the club actually needs. A young, progressive forward looking manager is what we NEED (even if its a gamble due to no track record etc etc..NUFC happily gamble in every other way), but if that is going to cost more than 2/6d, probably we will end up with Frank the car park Manager (on a zero-hour bonded servitude contract) with JC as assistant to beat the players up and get into fights on demand

We'd be getting the best of both.

I have to say I like the fat ****er. I wouldn't mind him here. Look I would take anyone but Carver save true bottom feeders the likes of which would actually kill me if appointed.

Have him in a flash. Hoped we'd go for him last summer but that would have been ambitious.
