Jay E Thomas has been released by Bristol City today..........

On a side note could we sign a released player and play them in the play offs??

Don't think they can do that weighty. We couldn't halt joniesta loan and restart it later so can't see how that can happen.

" The 24-year-old scored 12 goals in 48 appearances this season, but will not be given a new contract. "

Hardly surprised. I wouldn't give someone who offers zero for 80 minutes or so a contract either.

Reminds me of Keith Andrews goal wise. Tonnes but nothing else.

don't think you can halt a loan and then restart but if you join on a season long loan then the terms are down to the clubs. its the emergency loans that are time limited.
