So does anyone else have any forward thinking shaving techniques? Electric razors just bring me out in a rash, and anyway wet shaving makes me feel all fresh and clean.

Mach 3. Gillette gel shaving foam stuff. Old Spice. Rinse the blade as I go, always downwards, NEVER upwards. If I've gone a while, obviously I try out a few comedy beard types and sideys too.
It's all downwards until the face furniture is gone. Then it's Defs upwards to finish off. And polish with a Nivea wipe.
I've been sporting a bit of growth recently. Not a beard - I'm no hipster - so I've not really been shaving. But I stumbled across a shaving forum recently and it's definitely got me into using a cut throat in the future. Lot's of old school creams, lotions and potions that look the biz too. On a related note. I picked up a bottle of Hai Karate from Savers the other day. Smells like something you'd dilute in water at 1 part per 100, to clean your drains. So just how I remember.
Send her round? She's round there every Wednesday giving him cooking lessons. She told me they started with simple things like baking the potato & making a magical sandwich together. He's had a go at buttering the biscuit & creaming the donuts. Last week they must have had an American night because she said he'd batter dipped the corn dog. Next week she's told him he can bring an al dente noodle to the spaghetti house & put the banana in the fruit salad. Apparently he can't wait 'til he gets to glaze the sausage in the honey pot. She's a thoughtful soul passing on her skills & knowledge for free.
I've got a mug for tea with Sid's picture on, had it years. Cant think why my co workers bought me it.
