Robertson is expected to be available.

Diame could be available, be he remains a doubt(no ****).

Jelavic is back in training, but isn't in contention for Monday.

After wins against Crystal Palace and Liverpool in the last seven days, the sight of Nikica Jelavic taking part in full training has rounded off an excellent week for manager Steve Bruce.

Leading scorer Jelavic has been sidelined for nearly seven weeks after having surgery on a knee problem in March and although it remains to be seen whether the former Croatian international will be fit enough for a place in the Tigers’ squad for Monday night’s home game against Arsenal, Bruce has been encouraged by the striker’s role in training over the last few days.

“Jelavic has trained all week and that is great news for us,” said Bruce.

“He’s trained with the rest of the squad for the last four days so we’ll now see how he is over the next three training sessions.

“We know how important he has been to us this season because 25 of the points we’ve picked up have come with him in the team.

“If he is able to come back in, that will give everybody another lift.”

If Aluko keeps up this form it will be interesting to see if/how Bruce will fit Jela, N'Doye and Sone in the same team. Maybe a 442 with Aluko RM. Might be a bit too attacking for Bruce though, especially if you play Diame as one of the middle two.

I'd leave Jelavic out completely for the Arsenal game and possibly bring him in for Burnley but only if needed.

It would be nice if we didn't need to play him again this season and give him a maximum time for recovery.

Plus I want to see Aluko twisting and turning against Mertesacker. It might be quite funny.

I don't think he's being considered for the Arsenal game.

The temptation for SB might be to stick him on the bench in case we need a goal in the last 10 mins.....

Merson predicts a 0 - 3 defeat by Arsenal. He's a cock of the highest order and gets paid for being a cock.
