Watch the match and both teams were ****. Hull are still in it and burnley will give them more of a match than what palace and Liverpool did.

We still have a chance and must give it a right go, come on, get stuck in and see what happens, a good game or two can save our season even at this late stage, who knows, it ain't over until that fat lady (BFGB) sings.

There's a very strong possibility we won't get another point this season (I still think we'll get between 3 and 6 like), but even if we don't, we aren't going down. Sunderland aren't getting 5 points from the next 3 games, and they'll lose away to Arsenal and Chelsea. Hull v Burnley is massive, if Hull can get a point they'll be safe too. Out of Villa and Sunderland for me, just depends if the Cup Final distracts or buoys them. If I had the money, I'd be staking a lot on Sunderland finally going (you've deserved to for about 4 or 5 years) but then again I said that last season too.

Well that's why you don't have the money to do so then I guess Relic. Betting on Sunderland to go down isn't a great idea right now, they are 1-3 on in most places whilst you can get 5-1, 7-1, 12-1 or 14-1 on the other candidates. They are most likely to go down and if Leicester get anything at all tonight I may finally believe this is the year they go but...

Last year I thought they were going to pull through right up until Tottenham mullered them and then I decided they were definitely gone. More fool me.

This is getting beyond a joke now. Liverpool and Chelsea lose to Hull and Leicester?!

Perhaps our games against Chelsea and Arsenal aren't complete write-offs after all.....

Not embarrassed as I only follow the team, if I played for them, then yes.... I would be really embarrassed.
I live in Farnborough so I'm a bit of an easy target down here, but no matter how bad it gets my colours are nailed to the mast and I'll not change.

Same with me Crumble. I'll always be a mackem, proud of my roots and to be so. Just a shame that the club struggles to match the spirits of the people around it.

I think maybe you've confused me with someone else, Haslam. I haven't bet on anything in 20 years or more. And I've just been right through this thread and still can't see where I've mentioned betting or anything even loosely related to it. :emoticon-0150-hands <ok>
