I am not clicking post until the final whistle but this is the 77th minute and my god what a diff he makes ...

    well done that "old" man

also on another note , is Aluko starting to be the player from 2 years ago ... he looks amazing , that move he did on 2 Liverpool players at their corner area was sublime ...

ok 81st minute addition .. oh my god chester .. what a complete defender !

83rd minute addition .. Quinny is the silent assassin ... well played

84th min addition , thought it anyway but well done Brady .. what a great defensive display ....

    90th min addition .. 7 defenders ????

what a great game to watch ... well done the tigers !

*I am posting this regardless so I hope that these statements ring true come the final whistle*

The whole back line looks more comfortable with Harper there.

Agreed. He's spent a career being the back-up keeper to other, supposedly better keepers.

He's a dodgy kicker but his positioning and unflappable demeanor are excellent.

Underrated but a hell of a keeper.

We'd have won the fa cup with Harper in goal

Slightly concerned that he couldn't hold on to a couple of long range efforts but other than that he's brilliant!

A new keeper is our most important signing this summer, unless we go down in which case McGregor is good enough.

I just wonder where we would be IF Harper had played a lot more games. Solid as a rock tonight a couple of handling errors from long range but well covered. fabulous game he had tonight

He wasn't tested too much really but a great save from Henderson

His comedy falling forwards with the ball made me laugh. On this form he deserves to see the season out by playing then we should give him a good send off.

Suffered a bit of the old butter fingers today, but was always well positioned for that not to be costly.

His comedy falling forward had us giggling. Think some see it and worry but it's an old but good trick he does to buy us some breathing time

Me too haha was brilliant. Since he dropped the ball he's not technically wasting time, he's a wily old ****er.

If he was taller he'd have been number 1 at many clubs

Top professional. Many players would do extremely well to try and emulate Steve Harper.

He was outstanding last night, I suspect we wouldn't have kept some of those shots out with McGregor in goal.

He just keeps a calmness around the defence which the others feed off, without being really tested he was excellent though out.

Exactly what I said in the man of the match thread, McGregor just makes me, and probably the players, far too nervous, he's a total loose cannon, you never know when his next cock up is going to occur.
