Morning all, I don't care who the coach is, with the way Cellino is running us it will always be a circus. I don't think JFH is a bad call if I am totally honest. We always end up hating the manager/coach anyway so maybe this will work the other way and he will win the haters over.
Will Simon Grayson get a good reception at ER next season along with Beckford. Or will Grayson be offered his job back and get booed when Preston turn up to play us.
I like the idea of Hasselbaink, but I don't think it's the right time. He's yet to really prove himself - yes he got Burton promoted, but Gary Rowett left him with a very capable squad in a decent position prior to leaving. JFH does deserve credit for getting them promoted though. Think it would be unfair on him to go from a stable job where he's doing well to the circus that is Leeds United and Massimo Cellino In a couple of years when JFH has a bit more experience and we're (hopefully) under the ownership of a chairman who won't sack managers after three or four poor games, he may be a viable option.
48 mins on the clock, and we have seen the first shot on target courtesy of the home team. Rotherham's keeper has yet to be troubled; Reading having mustered one wayward shot . At least Rotherham have managed 9 shots....
