Choked because we didn't win after a playing an entire match with 10 men? If we beat Fulham, we'll finish with more points this season than we did with Lambert in our promotion season. Watford have taken just 1 more point in 2015. The truth is that under AN the results have been better than we had any right to expect but you can't win them all.
I agree with most of that Hairy, and although I do understand some people´s reservations about the PL, and a season or more of just scrapping to hang on there, in no way does the Championship compensate for being there imo. Yes, this year has been quite exciting, but it will only really seem satísfactory if we make the final leap up, otherwise, even with A.Neil (if we can hang on to him), we may not be such a force again next season.
If we don't go up this season and keep hold of AN and most of the players I reckon we'll achieve 200 points and 200 goals next season. Remember where you heard it first

From the start of the season I saw Fulham last game as unwinnable , If Bournemouth win today at least it puts us out of our misery . After the dissapointment of the last 2 games, when the dust settles a top 6 finish is still good. Glass 50% full for me.

this this and this. It feels like a massive drop in form and confidence but in truth thats only because since AN took over we have looked imperious and unstoppable for long runs of games. We will make a good account of ourselves come the playoffs no matter what, and i'd fancy us to not be caught napping by middlesbrough again if thats the way the fixtures fall. (derby would worry me a little though, chris martin to do us in would be too obvious a story to tell)
