I don't know how much has been collected, not too sure if there's enough for the Ashbee one yet. The Joyce one someone is paying in full themselves for that
The most recent figures show we've got the first two, and are on the way to the third. I know that there are a couple of others wanting to donate but that have had to wait, so I reckon with one last push, we'll do it. I think that in the current climate, that's quite an achievement. Well dpne to all that contributed in any way. As soon as I can, I'll dig out the voting thread and see where we're at for the choice of third banner.
Cheers for that Al, and thanks to the Southern Supporters for looking after it. It looks like with a few more donations we're up for a third flag, which so far is looking likely to be a joint Waggy and Chillo flag. There's a thread running on options. http://www.not606.com/threads/flag-vote-mk2.296406/page-2
It looks like most that wanted to donate have done so now, so this will be closing at the end of today. Cheers to all that contributed in what ever way. Given the current situation, I think it's been succesful again. Once I get the details, I'll post the final figures and outcomes on here.
Well done everyone involved, especially mauled and the Hull City Southern Supporters. We've collected enough for three 6'x4' flags. One of Warren Joyce, one of Ian Ashbee, both of which are ready to wave at the Liverpool game. The Warren Joyce one has a willing volunteer to display it. If he's still willing, City will be waving the other, unless someone else has a spot in mind they'd like to take responsibility for siting it? That leaves the third flag that's not yet ready. It'll have Waggy and Chillo paired up again. Anyone care to make sure it finds a loving home?
Yes course no problem at all.. It would be in more or less the same spot where you first had the Bruce one though if that's ok? My lad and his mates are 13 and would gladly get involved we have 6 seats together.
James Mooney has OK'd this size to be allowed for these as the images were sent for the clubs approval before I started them
Sounds like a splendid idea, and well done to him for educating his sons in the subject of our clubs greats too.
Just thought it worth pointing at an initiative born on Amber Nectar that some on here could be interested in. A poster has created a logo to go on a tee shirt that quite a few are buying. It's available on the HCST web site. The logo is; please log in to view this image
