If we lose on Saturday, we'll be in the bottom 3. The last thing we need is for it to be out of our hands, so we could really do with something on Saturday.
Well WBA just did them at their place, so no reason you can't, eh. It's a funny ol' game, WBA get spanked twice at home to bottom and 2nd bottom, then go away and keep a CS and beat an in-form Palace.
Using this http://www.worldfootball.net/table_calculator/eng-premier-league/ i think we need to get to 34 points (which is 2 more wins). Then again, my prediction league position shows that im not very good at predicting results this is how i see it if we D-W-L-L-D-L, im hoping that this is the worst case scenario :s 16 please log in to view this image Hull City 38 7 13 18 36:53 -17 34 17 please log in to view this image Sunderland AFC 38 6 16 16 29:56 -27 34 18 please log in to view this image Leicester City 38 8 9 21 40:61 -21 33 19 please log in to view this image Queens Park Rangers 38 9 5 24 45:67 -22 32 20 please log in to view this image Burnley FC 38 5 12 21 30:60 -30 27
If that's what you call "outplaying" a team, I can see why you're in trouble! Besides, I have seen you more than twice you know. I would have seen you even more if I could stay away during your matches.
Can't see Hull getting six points. I take it you've got them down to beat Burnley, but three draws from Arsenal, Liverpool and Man Utd at home and Tottenham and Palace away? It's possible I suppose (we got 4 points from those fixtures) but they're very tough games.
Burnley...down qpr ...down Hull ...most likely to go down Sunderland.....possible Leicester ..... possible If hull can get some shock results...
He has you down to win one more, draw three. I wouldn't expect you to win at Palace (although Sunderland, Villa and West Brom did win there), but I think you're in a position now where, if you're to survive, you need to win games you're not expected to win. However personally I don't think 34 will be enough.
it doesnt really matter about how many points you get... what matters is the position youre in come may. none of the bottom 6 could wiin another match, we could all draw. therefore our positions wont change - or we could win every game.. therefore not putting any distance between anyone, and we all remain in the same position.
I had them beat Burnley and draw with palace, spurs and a shock point against Arsenal. Like i said though, i think this is worse case scenario for us, basically drawing or losing the "6 pointers" as ive got us to beat Newcastle, draw against Burnley and Sunderland and lose to QPR, Chelsea and Southampton.
You outplayed us What when you lost! We outplayed Arsenal on their own pitch but lost. Are we better then them then?
