Summer holidays

Although I hate holidays, I'm planning a week in Inverness at some point this year. Not sure when yet though.

 

Do me a favour and firebomb the football stadium.

 

I'll do better than that - I'll put some tricolours up and then Celtic fans won't get the blame when someone actually does do it.

Terrific place. Lovely people, great seafood, and plenty of history to enjoy.

Try taking a walk out to Culloden and the super Highland views.

I'd certainly advocate a few days in Inverness.

 

I've actually been there a few times. Once for a nice weekend with the ex-missus, them some other times over the last couple of years I'd rather not discuss for fear of prosecution.

 

What do they call people from Inverness? Invernessonians?

Renting a house in Normandy for a week, taking the bird and the doggies. Are the frogs ok with dogs, i.e. don't eat them and don't think they are unclean.
