We'll probably sell him to Derby and they'll get promoted in the next couple of years and he will shine in the Premier League for them. Bruce is an idiot and should never of let him go out on loan, you can't judge a player off a few 10 minute substitute appearances, he's shown his quality and is showing us what we're missing out on.
So what about his loan at Forest then, or are we just brushing over that one? And if Bruce is an idiot then why didnt a load of Premier League clubs try and sign him from us? Or indeed why didnt we face a load of competition to sign him?
No they didnt. 100% FACT. He had a tour of Appiano Gentile, he met with the sporting director, he had a look around Giuseppe Meazza, all of which I suspect was because of the affection in which his dad is still held at the club. He was NOT offered a contract. I've no idea about Monaco but I read the comments from Cascarino.
We should definitely sign this Rybus bloke, apparently this is his missus... please log in to view this image
I haven't been for the best part of a year but there seemed to be a lot of vacant units, possibly more so than occupied ones. Commerce in the city just seems to be a real mess and just seems to migrate rather than develop.
My mates wife is a big Legia Warsaw fan (and obviously follows Poland) and she really rates him. I've not seen much of him, although I've heard of him through the Polish national team. She also raves about Michael Zyro, another winger. I'm not sure if he's any good, but he's got a cool name.
Oh come on OLM, he was totally mis-managed and I've said that from day one. You don't get 10 in 16 in the Championship and not worth a few goals in the PL. Had we had Tom and played correctly, we'd have been safe by now, I have no doubt about that.
Agree, and not because Tom would have kept us up, but it would have meant playing a proper line up in a proper system which suited the players strengths rather than these bodge job line ups made to fit an ultra defensive style which hasn't worked at all.
Haven't read the whole thread. He went as we bought him for cup games. Like Maguire. He didn't stay to play as SB said he wasn't the type you chuck on in a relegation dogfight. If we were mid table comfy at Xmas I think he would have had a run out.
I think when you look at our squad on paper most of us probably wouldn't think we should be in this much danger at this point in the season. Why isn't he that type of player anyways? He's one of the biggest contributors to Derby's promotion 'fight'.
