Hull Tigers 2 mins · Our Barclays Premier League home fixture against Arsenal next month has been selected for live television coverage by Sky Sports. This means that the date of the game will now move from Saturday 2nd May to Monday 4th May with kick-off at 8pm.
Sh11111t That is one I was coming to. Not likely to be possible now. Particularly with an evening kick off. Grrrŕr 'king Sky. At least i had not booked my hotel
Ffs game on my birthday weekend now can't go to the ****ing thing sky are ****s. Sooner we go down the ****ing better as far as I'm concerned.
Bloody annoying. My son will miss the game now (no night matches if at school the next day) and he was looking forward to us beating Arsenal. As it's a bank couldn't they have at least put it on in the afternoon holiday? As Southwest corner said - why is it always home games?
Lots of people work Bank Holidays, I noticed there are fixtures in the Championship tomorrow, I know people that have to work Good Friday who wouldn't be able to go and before you say people work weekends too it's different when you know in advance you will work weekends and games are mainly played on weekends but to move one to a Monday afternoon, bank holiday or not, would be more unacceptable. By the way I might now be missing the game as I am away that week.
This is a good opportunity to show Allams that you mean business. If you care about the future of our club under their ownership, dont go to the game and watch it on tv. There is no more powerful message to the world than an empty stadium. Either do something about the name change or shut up about it.
that is sh*te, i was trying to get my son to bring his mate up for the weekend (he is an Arsenal fan) to see the sights and take in the game too, there is no way they will get back ready for work the next day so the weekend is off grrrrrrr I have to agree that there are definite benefits to being in the Championship and this is one of them
I'm moving back to the East Riding on 2nd so technically I could now go to this game. As he'll be asking for 50 notes it's a non-starter. Ergo I'll follow your advice and not attend.
Perfect news. I'm away this weekend and Monday Night Football was the only time I could have made it. In truth, I've expected this to be moved for weeks now - it's one of the more lucrative games of the weekend and has "race for fourth" and "relegation battle" hanging on it.
Nowhere near as irritating/depressing as seeing our club post on the Internet for everyone to see under the name Hull Tigers.
May the 4th? **** my wedding aniversary. Could celebrate it on the night before i guess. It won't go down well mind.
As there were no trains to London after this game, Arsenal have chartered their own train and are discounting the cost of travel fo their fans. That's what you do with the ASI fund City, you ****ers.
Maybe our club wil chip in a bit of ASI money to reduce the cost even more for those poor Arsenal fans.
