    With all the off-field turmoil
    That Leeds have now endured,
For years and years, you might have thought
By now they would be cured

But one quick look at their board
    And somehow you can tell,
That much has changed over the years
But all is far from well

It seems like yonks ago now
    Since Ken Bates´ iron hand,
Ruled every aspect of the club
And not as fans had planned

    And now Mr. Cellino
    Is also finding friends,
Hard to come by, as once proud Leeds
    Continue with these trends

But we must still be wary
    Despite off-field unrest,
Cool heads will be needed I´m sure
If we´re to pass the test

    Especially old boy Howson
    Back on his boyhood ground,
And Jerome too, must be prepared
To get some stick all round

The last thing that we want now
Is a red card or two,
If the old mist should just come down
    On any of our crew

But can we keep our heads there
And let our feet stay hot,
Despite the cauldron it will be
No need to lose the plot. OTBC - INIT

    Excellent as usual RBF.
We must be wary of ALL our opponents between now and May 2nd, as I'm sure they'll up their game in an effort to thwart our desire to hold on to 2nd in the Championship.
If they do decide to come and attack us, it should leave opportunities for us to counter attack and I'll forgive Grabban his shot straight at the keeper on Saturday if he makes amends next time he's 1-on-1!!!!

One more here I´m not exactly looking forward to JR, not because of what we might or might not do, but because of what Leeds might suddenly pull out of the hat - they´re highly unpredictable, and just when you think they´re there for the taking, they prove they´re not. Hostile atmosphere, midweek, under lights, it´ll be a big 3 pts if we get ´em.

Your pen is particularly hot at the moment RBF and another little gem to add to the ever growing collection. For my own part I would like an early two goals (for us of course) and then sit back relax and enjoy the remaining 75 minutes or so, particuarly if Reading play their part and take something off Bournemouth. Oh hang on, it's Norwich I am talking about, forget that - probably go behind, losing at half time, equalise with about 15 to go, pound their goal area for the remaining 17 or 18 minutes and maybe score right at the death by which time I will probably be in an ambulance on the way to A & E. Why do I do it? I live in the East Midlands and certainly far enough away from Old Trafford to be a Man Utd fan (or supporter - See Dave's thread).

Morning THURNBY - yes, nice to dream, but the ideal scenario so rarely happens these days that I´ve given up selecting one I´m afraid, I´ll take any sort of a win. Not sure we can rely much on Reading to do us any favours, more likely Forest might do us one tomorrow, but I´m not banking on it, which means that we have to look after ourselves.

    I have a hope that it will go (0 - 0) 1 - 4, but fear that it might go (0 - 0) 1 - 1, or even worse (0 - 0) 1 - 0 :(

One thing we can rely on, we´ll all be wiser tomorrow :)

I've just noticed the damage Leeds have done to top teams this season. Double over Bournemouth and Middlesborough. Win a piece with Derby.

We have to hope that like Watford we can edge them in both fixtures.

Take nothing for granted - as usual!

I agree that Reading will have their minds elsewhere and it is a long shot that any good will come from that one. Add to that Forest have gone off the boil, it means we will have to turn up and win at Elland Road and continue to do so. We look to be shorton the favours column.
