Squire runs at Windsor, 15.40 tomorrow. We are expecting a very bold show. He's working better and better and has been dropped 2lbs for his last run. He's fit, has no issues and reportedly on top form. We expect him to improve significantly for turf and the drop back in trip will suit him for sure. Faster pace will help him settle.
He's 14-1 and worth a go ew. Neither stick or I can go tomorrow unfortunately so expecting him to hose up!!

Good luck, Squire. I tell you what the Racecourse Executive at Royal Windsor must be delighted with the turnout for that heat. One of the hottest 0-70’s you will see all season. And they have only had to offer £4,500 to get a turnout like that!

Devastating news locally about Balder Succes. Really heartbreaking. R.I.P.

I see the first offspring of the decent mare Deidre (half-sister to Doncaster Cup winner Samuel and Irish St Leger victor Duncan) is set to make his racecourse bow at Newmarket on Wednesday (5.10) and they have named the old boy...NIGEL! Cor blimey that’s not a lovely name for a colt.

The old boy Gosden stable have won this race 3 times in the past 7 years but it would appear that Nigel, on jockey bookings at any rate, is their second string. Given his breeding though he won’t find the trip of 10 furlongs beyond him.

In the same race its great to see Sir Michael and King Kieren teaming up again.

I echo the above and hope squire runs a big urn today.
One at tramore which caught my eye is lord fingal in the 7.20.won well lto and is on a hatrick; should hopefully go in again at 3s
Switching codes liverpool entertain newcastle tonight at anfield and I think the pool should win this one comfortably.the geordies are on a brutal run of form at the mo and even though its a skinny enough price im backing lpool to win -1 at 6/5

Yeah he most certainly is. I put him up on his reappearance when Hugh Taylor also put him up when he was just out for the spin. Definitely a horse that will keep on improving this year.

Delighted to see Mike Murphy getting a few nice horses to go to war with.
