    ...Just saying...

    .........................we played our hearts out.
I am taking a lot of positives from this

How well the team played...how well Joey played...the dignity of Chris Ramsey

I would like to see Chris and Joey next year...in whatever division we we play in

If only we had had CR from Christmas, we would not be in this predicament

My only fear now is that having put so much effort in and got no reward the heads start to drop.

    Me four.

Absolutely distraught. Fantastic work ethic shown by every single QPR player but undone by one mistake.

But extremely Proud of my team today, they worked their socks off. Fer, Yun and Dunne back for West Ham, still far from over.

Agree totally, after his sending off at Man City a couple of seasons ago I never wanted him to wear the hoops again but he was superb today.
Also thought Caulker looked really solid at the back which is a good sign.

    Good post Beth, agree entirely.

Team played with fight, pride and togetherness....all we have ever asked for.

Everyone played well......best i've seen Caulker play since he came to us........ And Joey was superb.

As i said in the match thread, if only Redkrapps imaginary-bad-knee symptoms had flared up and made him quit 2 months before he did, i fully believe we would be sitting quite comfortably away from all this relegation hassle.

Agree 100% with this. The real positive in this is that if we continue to play with desire and purpose and continue to defend the way we did for 89 minutes today we will get positive results in our remaining games. We have already shown in our games against Liverpool and City at home that we can match them if we go for it. Both will have little left to play for in the League when we arrive at their places. The former are nailed on for the Europa League and the latter for the Champions League. The sort of money on offer to them for ending higher up among the also rans is meaningless to either of them.

If we're going to go down let's do it with style and dignity and not skulking round the back door like a burglar looking to nick something. The way we did under Redknapp. There are teams just above us who are looking nervously over their shoulders as they are within reach.

Good post Beth. Is it possible to be immensely proud and deeply distraught / gutted simultaneously? :emoticon-0106-cryin

Nothing wrong with losing the way we did today. Chelsea will be Champions and we ran them close with a passionate display. How many times have we lost in the past with a whimper. Those are the defeats to be upset about. Still all to play for and should be an exciting end to the season at the bottom!!

Excellent post We showed today we can match anyone in the PL. No team is better than the ones we were at least as good as. We looked better defensively. Keep it going and convert 3 or 4 to 3 points and we will still stay up.

Unfortunately, after City's hammering today, They and Liverpool may well be fighting for 4th spot!

    I hope so!

    It sums up my feelings100%.

Are we really on the way to having our club back? The Queens Park Rangers that we all fell in love with?

Thank you Chris Ramsey. Whether you are with us next season or not (hope you are) you have given us back a belief & integrity.

If we stay up I really feel we have a good team to build on for next season and would do well. Problem is, if we go down our squad will be absolutely decimated.

I have always felt that the reaction to joeys sending off at man city was totally overblown; I mean if you take it account the provocation by Tevez in the first place and the fact that aguero stuck his nose in and then Kompany coming after him well what did people expect? In fact the more I reflect on that day the more I believe that Joey was the victim. The punishment meted out to him by the FA was excessive and it did not take long for Hughes to get on his high horse AND our supporters. In fact Tony was the only one who kept a dignified silence. But what does Joey do? Gets himself out to Marseille, is fluent in French within weeks and returns a better player.
He is what he is; but he is above all a LEADER.
