    Do you know what bottling it means? We matched the champions elect and more and lost because the goalkeeper took a poor kick.

    If anyone bottled it, not that anyone did, it was some of the underperformers on the away side.

    We've played worse than that and won. These things happen.

    I didn't realise he was under so much pressure in the first minute or with any of the hundreds of crap kicks during the last fifteen years.

    Considering you're trying to lecture others about the meaning of words on other threads, why not just look up the meaning of bottling it I.e. failing to achieve your objectives due to cowardice, a label more adequately reserved for teams who burst into tears when a 18000 people shout at them and start kicking and racially abusing the opposition.
